Two different things go by that name. If the sign-in link didn't work, the usual reason is time: a link lasts fifteen minutes and works once, so a second click on the same one won't do anything. Ask for a new one from the same screen, and check spam — during the beta the mail comes from an ordinary address and some providers are cautious about that. If you're told the account is closed, that's different and the page you're shown explains it: it was closed after something said in a conversation, a person reviews every one of those, and only a person can reopen it.
Not yet, and that's a real gap rather than a hidden setting. Your email is your account — there's no password — and there is currently no way to move one to a different address. If you need to, say so through the feedback form. Deleting the account and starting again would work, but you would lose your chart and everything written for it, so ask first.
Open the menu, then Your settings. The birth details are there and changing any of them recomputes the chart from scratch. Worth doing if you find a birth certificate and the time turns out to be different from what you remembered.
Open the menu, then Plans, and pick the one you want. During the beta this records your choice and nothing else happens — there is no payment attached to it yet, so switching costs nothing and can be done as often as you like.
There's nothing to cancel during the beta. No card has been taken and nothing is being charged, so stopping is a matter of not opening it. If you want your data gone as well, Your settings has Delete my account, which removes your chart, your briefings and everything else at once and for good.
A short code, like K7QM-4XPD, in Your settings once you are signed in. It's random and it names nobody. If you ever write to us about something Sidra said, include it: it lets a person find what Sidra wrote you without needing your name, your email or your birth details. It isn't a password and nobody can do anything with it but look.
There isn't any yet. Sidra has taken no card details from anyone, because payment isn't built — the Settings screen says so in as many words rather than hiding an empty section. When it exists, this answer will change and you'll be told before anything is charged.
Sidra computes your birth chart from the moment you were born, reads today's sky against it, and writes you a short briefing each morning. It's a tool for noticing conditions, not a prediction and not an oracle. It doesn't tell you what will happen.
Because the houses depend on it. The signs the planets are in barely move over a day, but the houses — which part of your life a planet is working in — rotate a full circle every twenty-four hours. A few minutes can move a planet from one house to the next and change what the whole chart is about. A minute of time moves your chart further than thirty miles of distance does.
Sidra needs one, and it doesn't currently have a way to work without it. Your birth certificate is the usual place — the long-form version, not the short card. In the United States you can order one from the vital records office of the state you were born in. A remembered time from a parent is worth using; a guess isn't, and "around lunchtime" will produce a chart that looks right and isn't yours.
Almost always one of three settings, and Sidra uses the mainstream Western choice for each. It uses the tropical zodiac, not sidereal — apps built on Vedic astrology use sidereal and will put most of your planets one sign back. It uses Placidus houses, which is the common Western default but not the only one; Whole Sign houses will move things around. And it uses modern rulers — Pluto for Scorpio, Uranus for Aquarius, Neptune for Pisces. None of these is a bug in either app. They're different conventions, and a chart is only comparable to another chart drawn the same way.
Because it's written once. Your briefing, your season and your three words are generated for the day and then fixed — reopening them shows you the same words, however many times you look. This is deliberate. A reading you can reroll until you like it isn't a reading, it's a slot machine, and it would quietly teach you to discard anything inconvenient.
On Premium, yes — what was written for you is kept and you can look back through it. On the other plans it isn't: today's writing is yours for today and is gone from the app tomorrow, so copy anything you want to keep before the day turns. Your chart is kept on every plan, permanently and encrypted, so a birth moment is never entered twice. One thing to know if you upgrade: the archive starts that day. There is no back catalogue to hand you, because nothing was being kept.
What Sidra wrote: your briefings, the seasons, the three words, the questions and the weeks. Conversations are never in it — not your check-ins, and never anything said in a hard moment. What you type into a check-in isn't stored at all. Deleting your account takes the archive with it, at once and for good.
The check-in is two turns a day, and then it closes until tomorrow. It's meant to be a conversation with an edge on it rather than somewhere to spend an evening. The three questions under your briefing are there to be taken away and sat with, not answered back.

Every message is read by a safety screen before Sidra writes anything back, on every plan. There's a whole page on what happens then, including the numbers to call and what is and isn't kept: what happens in a crisis.
No. Sidra isn't medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it isn't a substitute for a professional. It doesn't diagnose anything, it isn't a therapist, and it won't tell you what to do about a decision. It reads conditions. What you do is yours.
Your birth details and your chart, encrypted. And, for 30 days, what Sidra wrote to you — your readings and Sidra's side of your check-ins, never what you typed — encrypted, so that a person can check Sidra is reading charts correctly and look into anything you report. That includes Sidra's replies on a hard day. After 30 days it moves to an archive, kept in case a pattern needs looking into, and six months later it's deleted. You can delete the whole account from Settings — that's a hard delete, not a flag, and everything attached to it goes with it. The one thing that's kept separately is described on the safety page, and it's narrow.
If it's something Sidra said — wrong about your chart, telling you what to do about something serious, or upsetting — use Report this underneath it. That goes to a person, with the exact words and the chart they were written from, and it's kept until somebody has dealt with it. If it was only hard to follow, or you want more or less of something, use How should Sidra write for you? under the briefing — it asks on your first few readings and then about once a week, and you can open it any day. For anything else, please say so — during the beta that's the most useful thing you can do. The feedback form is at /beta and it carries the screen and the date along with your words, so there's no need to describe where you were.
